Developmental Origins of Health & Disease is the HOT topic of today. It encompasses many scientific specialties, and offers a unique hope for better health of the future generations.
SNEHA-INDIA (Society for the Natal Effects on Health in Adults) is the oldest organization in this field, and was launched under Professor David Barker’s guidance in 1994. SNEHA-INDIA will hold the 1st DAVID BARKER MEMORIAL SYMPOSIUM this year. Professor Aris Papageorghiou, from Oxford, UK; will deliver the Guest Lecture on the WHO ‘INTERGROWTH-21’ study, a multinational study to develop a ‘global’ fetal growth reference. Keynote addresses, lectures & interactive discussions with experts from India and abroad will follow. We invite interested scientific communities to participate in this exciting symposium to update their knowledge & interact with experts in the field.
