Founded in 1993 by T. Ramanjaneya, an engineer who chose community over career, SNEHA has spent three decades fighting child labour, empowering adolescent girls, and opening doors that institutional systems closed.

Campaign Against Child Labour – KarnatakaT. Ramanjaneya serves as Ballari District Convener, leading state-wide policy advocacy on child labour elimination and child rights legislation.
Network Against Trafficking – KarnatakaSNEHA's anti-trafficking work across Devadasi-affected communities in Ballari and Koppal districts has been documented by state human rights bodies.
Muktha Network – Devadasi WomenSNEHA facilitated the formation of the Muktha Network — Devadasi women's collective in Ballari & Koppal — as a sustained advocacy and peer-support platform.
